The Role

As a Founding Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to define and build the core systems that power Mila’s platform. You’ll work across the stack, building the foundation for safe, scalable AI workflows and seamless user experiences. You’ll collaborate directly with the founders, set technical priorities, and shape the product that will support millions of families.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable systems to deliver AI + human-in-the-loop support.
• Build tools and workflows that make pregnancy planning and tracking effortless.
• Work closely with the founders to define and execute on technical priorities.
• Establish a robust and maintainable codebase as we grow.
• Mentor and recruit engineers to expand the team.
